some issues with the room
small room limited space
the location was good, with access to many attractions.
I found the room quite small and not designed well for comfort. there was minimal counter space near the sink. The closet was the only option, but clothes blocked access. dust was noticeable on the bathroom door frame when sitting on the toilet.

the location was ideal near the train station. i found many restaurants close by. the reception team was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
my room lacked a fridge. i did not have a closet for my things. the dining area felt small with limited space.

ecological practices 24 7 availability clean design excellent housekeeping
I appreciated the hotel's commitment to ecological practices. It is clearly visible in their amenities and overall design. the 24/7 availability of snacks was a convenient touch. the hotel is very clean and well-kept, something i always value. housekeeping did an excellent job.
the music in the common areas and terrace was louder than background ambiance, this made it slightly difficult to relax fully in those spaces.

The small double room featured a practical layout. It maximized the available space. although compact, the room was well-equipped and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable, promoting restful sleep. the bathroom was very clean.

the hotel's location is near atocha station, offering convenient access to transportation. the 7th-floor lounge area provided coffee and nice views. i found the eco-friendly features to be commendable. there is a luggage storage available.

quite a normal stay
helpful staff blackout curtains small room poor value
The staff were very helpful . after a long journey, I accidentally left a suitcase unlocked. A staff member found it and secured it for me. the curtains kept the light out, so I could sleep in, I liked that.
The room was quite small. It was difficult to place luggage. THERE was no space to put a toothbrush by the sink. i didn't feel like i got value for money. I should have done more research, but I just saw the high ratings and booked.

free coffee convenient location small room street noise
I appreciated the free coffee and tea available throughout the day. It was a nice perk. the location was very convenient near the train station, and it made getting around quite easy.
the room was small. there was barely enough space to open my suitcase comfortably, and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep with the window open.
